All 22 boats got off to a flying start this morning from Portsmouth in superb racing conditions.
Race organisers SunSail have reported perfect conditions in The Solent with moderate wind speeds providing an ideal racing environment.
With today's action expected to finish soon, several of the crews have reported close competition on the waves.
Team Claim Control put themselves into a strong position earlier, but was forced to return after a crewmember had to retire.
Teen Towergate and Fortis were expected to be in contention at the end of today's racing.
