CRIF Decision Solutions, part of the CRIF Group, has launched a new service for motor insurers to electronically manage subrogation claims.
CRIF said its CACHE Subrogation Manager will also reduced costs and increase business efficiencies.
The manager is a fully integrated electronic subrogation workflow system developed for the motor insurance industry to streamline the subrogation process.
Sara Costantini, director of CRIF Decision Solutions said: “We recognised the challenges facing insurers related to the mounting costs and delays associated with the traditional, manual approach to pursuing recoveries.
"We engaged our insurer customer community and developed CACHE Subrogation Manager based on their feedback, to deliver a best practice solution."
