Crispin Spears has acquired PJ Hayman & Company (PJH), which was previously owned by Travel Protection Group (TPG).
TPG, which had a turnover of £4.4m in 2002, was placed into administration on 13 February.
PJH was not affected by the administration order and claims it has continued to trade. Crispin Spears is aiming to grow through PJH's 2002 turnover of £958,000.
