Customer management consultants Liz Machtynger and Mark Garratt have launched a new consultancy called Customer Essential Ltd.
Following the withdrawal of Mummert from the UK market, Machtynger and Garratt set up Customer Essentials to continue its work with Royal & SunAlliance, Norwich Union and AXA.
The company said it is also looking to expand into work with loss adjusters and concentrate on B2B and B2C methods.
Director mark Garratt said: "Our method is applied across RSA's business plan and has proved very successful. Insurers need to properly manage their accounts since budgets are tight at the moment and expenses are a big issue."
"Their are many relationships that need to be pulled together."
Machtynger said: "In the short term our plans are for a smooth transition of business and ongoing support of clients. In the longer term we will be planning to grow Customer Essential as a customer management consultancy."
