Domestic & General chairman Nicholas D. Rochez will make the following comments on current trading at the insurer's AGM to be held later today:
He said: “The year has started well with continuing underlying growth in turnover and claims ratios at expected levels. Overall performance is in line with our expectations.
"Our new mailing centre opened in June, providing the business with increased capacity and capability.
"We are confident that the group will continue to make good progress in the current year.”
