Beachcroft Wansbroughs, the national commercial law firm, has appointed David Tiplady, one of the UK's leading reinsurance experts, to its insurance and reinsurance group.

Tiplady, who was previously a partner with Kendall Freeman, is widely acknowledged as one of the country's top legal advisers to the insurance and reinsurance sector.
He has acted for a wide range of clients in the market, including Lloyd's syndicates, managing agents, reinsurers and brokers, as well as major corporate insureds, banks and accountants.
