Davies Chartered Loss Adjusters has acquired managed repair service provider Eastwell Contractor Management & Claim Care Ltd.
Davies said the acquisition, which came into effect on 1 December, was intended to broaden the scope of services it provides.
Eastwell provides a managed repair service aimed primarily at loss adjusters. The business also incorporates Regency Response, a dedicated reclamation and disaster restoration function.
Senior partner of Davies Group, David Ede said that Eastwell primarily operated in the South but Davies planned to expand the network of independent contractors managed by Eastwell to achieve national coverage.
"The newly extended board of directors remain committed to ensuring that the planned expansion is not at the expense of the qualities that have been the foundation of the success to date," he said.
