De Montfort Insurance (DMI) has joined the HCC Group.
HCC said it would it would acquire the balance of ordinary shares which DMI's parent company, De Montfort Group, does not already own.
Joining the group, DMI said, would enable it to gain a strong Standard & Poor's rating.
