Lloyd's group Euclidian is launching an internet-based debt collection service for its trade credit insurance customers.
The policyholder will be able to take action to recover an overdue debt by instructing law firm Eversheds via the company's website.
Eversheds is offering a no-win, no-fee service and customers will be able to monitor the progress of their case on the online case management system.
