Norwich Union (NU) won two awards at this year's International Visual Communication Association (IVCA) awards. These awards commend excellence in non-broadcast communication.
NU won the awards for 'The Mix' - a series of internal communication programmes for its 18,000 staff.
It was produced with DVD technology and won the Gold Award in the Regular Communication programme category and the Silver award in the Industry Award for Effective Communication category.
NU's marketing and underwriting director Bridget McIntyre said: "To win at an internationally-recognised event such as the IVCA awards, against tough competition, is a real achievement.
"We wanted to demonstrate a leading approach to our internal communications in Norwich Union Insurance and, while internal feedback has already judged 'The Mix' series to be a success, it's great to see this backed up with industry recognition."
