Oxygen Insurance Managers, the agency operation of the London market insurance intermediary, is to introduce early rehabilitation as a key part of its Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims process.
Speaking today at a health and safety and rehabilitation seminar, Caroline Garrow, Oxygen's claims manager outlined the intermediary's approach to rehabilitation: “The role of early rehabilitation in EL and PL provides benefits for insureds, intermediaries and insurer alike.
"By putting a claimant at the centre of the claims process and ensuring their recovery is paramount, the time and costs associated in resolving any claim can effectively be reduced.”
Garrow continued: “We are taking a holistic approach with EL and PL claims by offering a network of proactive support for claimants, our coverholders and policyholders that can make a real difference to their insurance experience.”
