F@stDocs system used by 60% of new EDBL customers
Equity Direct Broking Limited has developed and launched an online insurance documentation delivery system across its private motor affinity accounts.
The system, F@stDocs, allows new, renewal and mid-term adjustments customers to receive fully compliant policy packs, including certificates.
Jacki Mosey, project manager of Equity Direct, said: "With an increasing amount of our customers preferring to communicate online, F@stDocs provides greater choice as well as making economic sense for both the policyholder and Equity Direct.
“An initial review of the system during month one reveals that almost 60 percent of customers taking out new policies and renewals requested documentation delivery through F@stDocs, and their feedback suggests this figure will increase steadily in the future.”
