TransWorldconneX has launched a single-source electronic listing of international expatriate and local national policies and services.
The service - which is free to qualified brokers, consulting houses and insurers - provides users with a convenient way to quickly identify, compare and purchase policies and related assistance/insurance services for their international benefits clients.
The TransWorldconneX concept was developed by company president David B. Green. He observed that the broker community was being slowed down from meeting their clients' requests for traditionally difficult-to-source, non-standard insurance products.
An international healthcare management consultant with over 20 years experience, commented: "The market for both individual and group international insurance products is immense, yet their unique requirements and international complexity have always made solutions difficult to locate and quantify. The time is right for a global connectivity facility in this specialist area that covers all bases."
The product consists of a one-click quote generation service called TWX EXPRESS. Brokers simply indicate what their clients require and they will receive a response with 24 hours. The company does not levy fees to its members. Instead it has established a series of preferred global wholesaling distributing relationships with international underwriters who compensate TransWorldconneX for its introductory, TPA and distributional management services.
