Elite Incident Management has launched a new internet portal - called 'XML ready' - to provide its clients with real time claims information.
The new portal has been launched following a £300,000 investment in technology by the company.
Elite also announced it has made a deal with KGM Motor Policies to provide third party claims handling and management for it.
