The Employment Tribunals Service (ETS) has published its annual report and accounts for 2004-05, showing that all key targets have been met.
Gerry Sutcliffe, employment minister, said: "The Employment Tribunals Service and the tribunal judiciary have again performed to a very high standard. The vast majority of cases were brought to a hearing quickly, with 95% of people reporting satisfaction with the service they received.
"New rules covering workplace dispute resolution and ETS procedures have seen an improved service and a reduction in the number of claims."
