Endurance Specialty Holdings reported a fourth quarter net income of $113.1m, up from $88.9m in 2003.

Net income for the full year ended 31 December 2004 increased 37.6% from a year earlier to $355.6m from $263.4m in 2003.

Operating income for the fourth quarter was $108.4m against $86.5m in the fourth quarter of 2003.

Other earnings highlights included:

·Gross premiums written were $272.2m for the quarter, an increase of 3.8% from the previous year.

·Full year gross premiums written were $1.7bn, a 6.8% increase from 2003

·Earned premiums in the quarter were $411.3m, an increase of 15.5%

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
