Dame Helen Alexander joins esure
Dame Helen Alexander is joining the board of esure Group Holdings – the parent company of the esure insurance group - as deputy chairman, a new non-executive position.
Peter Wood, chairman of esure said: “Helen brings an extraordinary weight of achievement to esure. After our first decade in business, having completed a successful management buy-out in 2010, we are now in an exciting phase of expansion.
“esure is developing its revenue streams and Helen’s wide cross-industry experience combined with her marketing background will add valuable perspective as these take shape.
“She will complement an established team at board level which has enjoyed a strong record of achievement in its own right.”
Dame Alexander said: “I’m delighted to be joining esure and will aim to help the board in the next phase of the company’s development. esure has an impressive record of performance to date, a very focused management team and I’m sure there will be many exciting opportunities ahead.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
