Lancashire commercial broker ET Knagg celebrates its 100th birthday this year.
Dave Mackie has run the brokerage, started by Edward Tourney Knagg in 1902, since 1995.
He has built staff numbers up from three to 17.
ET Knagg, which has been in the same Victorian offices for the past 40 years, will celebrate the centenary by sponsoring various regional events, holding its own golf day and raising funds for local charities.
