London Market software provider Eurobase has secured a deal with Lloyd's broker Humphreys Haggas Sutton (HHS) to support its business continuity programme.

The deal will lead to Eurobase refreshing the broker's PC and server infrastructure to provide extra capacity and reliability.

Eurobase is also overseeing the installation of a high-speed web-link at

HHS to improve communications with insurers and brokers.

Eurobase technical director Ian Forwood said: "This is a good example of how our SmartSourcing IT support service really adds value.

"The service is specifically designed to help businesses like Humphreys Haggas Sutton get the best from IT, using a very cost-effective approach."

HHS finance director John Owens said: "We've been receiving ongoing

IT support and consultancy from Eurobase for a year now, but really wanted to use their expertise to help further improve the efficiency of our IT systems.

"Eurobase conducted the whole assessment and overhaul in just four weeks."
