ClaimWatch has appointed Gary Brench, formerly MMA Insurance's chief engineer, to support their ongoing work with the insurance industry.
Gary joined ClaimWatch on March 1st and is focusing on introducing more insurers and repair networks to the product, the compnay said.
In December 2003 MMA introduced ClaimWatch to its network, and repairer feedback proved policyholders were provided with a more responsive and efficient claims service as a result.
Brench said: "ClaimWatch is an excellent communication tool and stands well above its competition. It's unusual in that it brings so many benefits to bodyshops, network managers and policyholders alike.
"Repairers using ClaimWatch save time by reducing phone traffic and improve their levels of customer care by keeping them informed and lowering anxiety levels. Network managers and claims staff using the system also benefit from reduced call traffic and are given an invaluable window into their repair networks allowing them to work with them to help their mutual customer."
He continues. “The customer service aspect of ClaimWatch is fantastic. Users report greatly improved levels of customer satisfaction, and motorists are always pleased with the easy access they have to information, both via the web and the regular text messages sent to their mobiles. If you are looking to evidence a standard approach to customer communication, ClaimWatch fits the bill. My role is to reinforce these benefits to insurance companies and other work providers, and I'm confident that once they fully understand all that it can do for them, they'll be as committed to ClaimWatch as I am.”
Steve Wheele, ClaimWatch's Managing Director, concludes, “I'm delighted that Gary has joined us. He has long been a passionate supporter of ClaimWatch, and he fully understands and shares our vision. We're confident that Gary is the right man to help us make further inroads into the insurance industry and we're looking forward to a long and successful working relationship with him.”
