Miller Fisher chief executive Malcolm Hughes and Miller Farrell managing director John McGee have bought out the Irish adjuster from the failed UK parent company.
They got financial backing from the Bank of Scotland to buy the entire share capital of the Miller Farrell Group Ltd.
Miller Farrell was not included in Miller Fisher’s receivership last week and has continued to trade as normal.
Hughes said the business would concentrate on its growth in Ireland.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
