Broker Lucas Fettes has linked with Leeds-based Albion Legal Services to grow its employment practice offering.
The broker said it had formed "strategic alliances" with several employment practice law firms.
Sales and marketing director Phil Worthington said clients would be offered advice from senior employment lawyers who have access to leading insurers.
The service, which also provides a human resources audit review and health and safety planning assistance, will be supported by Vision Underwriting.
Worthington said: "Due to proposed changes to current employment legislation, it is clear that employers need help in dealing with potentially litigious situations."
