Fire and Flood Damage Restoration (FFDR), is celebrating after turnover increased to a record £3 million, four years after its inception.

Latest annual results from the company, which specialises in salvaging flood and fire-ravaged properties, show a
year of growth for the company, with turnover for 2001-2002 rising by 78 %.

The increase follows FFDR¹s achievement in reaching the finals of the small business of the year category in the 2002 Fife Business Awards. The firm is also a preferred contractor for various insurance companies, including handling all claim work for Direct Line in Edinburgh and Fife.

Director Ronnie Klos said: "These are exciting times for FFDR and for our staff who have worked hard to build and maintain our reputation. The business is growing rapidly, our reputation is extending far and wide, customers continue to sing our praises ­ and now the success of the company has been recognised with a leading business award."
