FirstAssist has selected Phoenix Technology Group to deliver its content and business process management solutions.
The solutions will upgrade the systems of two FirstAssist service centres in Bournemouth and Plymouth.
The deal replaces the current situation whereby, following its management buyout, FirstAssist has been renting solutions from Royal & SunAlliance.
