FirstAssist has won a new contract with charity organisation the Chartered Accountants' Benevolent Association (CABA).

The new win sees FirstAssist providing a counselling, advice and support service, named YouCount, to over 127,000 members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and their families.

YouCount is a free national telephone service for CABA members, offering counselling support and practical advice on a wide range of problems including stress, drink, drugs, gambling, debt, disability and health. As part of the contract, members can be referred to local help and specialist support networks.

Melvyn Measures, service products director at FirstAssist said: "This contract is a significant development for FirstAssist in the professional benevolent association market."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
