Fitch Ratings has revised its rating on Berkshire Hathaway to “negative” from “stable”.
The ratings agency cited the company's dependence on its chief executive Warren Buffett for the revision.
The move was prompted, Fitch said, by “the very high level of ‘key person risk', which is placing increasing pressure on its ratings.”
