Fitch keeps Swiss Re on negative rating watch

Fitch Ratings said today that Swiss Re's ratings remain on Rating Watch Negative following the announcement that the acquisition of GE Insurance has been completed.

Fitch said that GE Insurance Solutions Corp's ratings remain on Rating Watch Positive.
