Insurer FM Global has launched WorldReach - a system to provide its customers with a single point of contact for its multinational programme.

The single point of contact will be the client's account manager.

The company says this will ensure that clients have "easy access to and prompt, consistent delivery of FM Global's engineering, property risk transfer and claims products and services on a worldwide basis".

Spokesman Ruud Bosman added: "Through WorldReach our multinational customers can be assured of convenient and cost-effective delivery of property insurance protection and loss prevention services anywhere in the world."
