The Folgate Partnership has acquired Hampshire-based Dommersen & Hearn, its 27th acquisition.
Dommersen & Hearn managing director and co-founder Roger Hearn will move with the business to Folgate's Fareham offices. The business will be integrated with the local Folgate hub, Byas Mosley in Fareham.
Hearn co-founded the company in 1971 with Paul Dommersen.
