The Folgate Partnership has appointed Sam Clark to its acquisition legal team. Clark joins Folgate from ASB Law.
Clark is to assist with Folgate's continued acquisition and expansion plan.
Folgate chief executive Andy Homer said the company was currently negotiating over 40 potential acquisitions, controlling in excess of £200m GWP.
