Aascent Finance Company has appointed Ray Heap as its Business Development Manager.
Aascent's Simon Horswell said: "Ray's vast experience and knowledge of the insurance broking market made him the ideal choice to join our rapidly expanding team."
In his new role Heap will based in the south of the country will be responsible for developing broker accounts.
Previously Heap worked with Folgate where he was Broker Channel Manager.
