Leicester-based brokers Arthur Bown and PM Martin have merged to become the Martin Bown Group.

The new company's combined premium income amounts to approximately £5m a year and it will employ 24 staff.

Arthur Bown's building will house the new group, with PM Martin planning to move in by early October.


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
