Skipton-based insurance broker Suddards, Davies and Associates Ltd has acquired Kendall & Watson Ltd and Creyke Wilkinson Ltd, both based in Morley.
The broker said these acquisitions, which raise its premium income to £8m, form part of its ongoing expansion programme.
Managing director Bill Geelan said: "The acquisition of both these companies will ensure that we maintain our position within the market as a leading Commercial and Personal Insurance Provider for the next five years.
"We expect to continue our expansion by further acquisitions in the next two years," he added.
