John Bell joins Robins Claims Solutions

GAB Robins has appointed John Bell as director of Robins Claims Solutions (RCS), its third party administration (TPA) business.

Bell, previously head of claims at Aon Risk Services, will be responsible for the global development and delivery of GAB Robins’ claims management and TPA services for insurers, captives and corporate clients.

Mike Jones, chief operating officer of GAB Robins, said: “ John’s broad range of relevant skills and expertise both as an adjuster and in TPA management make him uniquely suited to support our strategy for RCS.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
