GE Commercial Insurance has appointed Brian Jones as claims leader. The company is a subsidiary of GE Employers Reinsurance (ERC).
Jones will be responsible for the company's claims strategy, monitoring claim dispositions and overseeing the workload of regional offices.
Jones joined ERC in 1995 as a claims attorney.
Jones previously managed the design of new processes to improve claims processing at the firm.
