Fitch Ratings has affirmed its AA insurer financial strength rating on GE Mortgage Insurance Limited (GEMIL). The rating outlook is stable.
Fitch said the rating "reflects the company's strong capitalisation, its disciplined underwriting strategy and the expertise gained in the UK mortgage insurance market since 1995".
