GISC's enforcement committee has issued an intervention order against intermediary CSI Ltd.
The order forbids CSI from accepting premiums of any kind and further forbids CSI from depositing or otherwise dealing with its insurance transaction assets without the prior consent of GISC.
The order takes place with immediate effect, and will exist until CSI can demonstrate it is in compliance with GISC rules, it said.
CSI is an insurance intermediary with offices at 12 Putney Bridge Road, Putney, London.
