The GISC enforcement committee has forbidden First Active Insurance Services Ltd from accepting premiums of any kind without prior approval from GISC.
The committee has issued an intervention order which comes into effect immediately.
It will remain in force until First Active can satisfy the committee that it is in compliance with GISC rules.
Fist Active is an insurance intermediary with offices at Lichfield Road, Branston, in Burton-on-Trent.
