TT Club
The TT Club has appointed Thomas Keller as director, to drive the club's business development in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Keller rejoins the TT Club following five years as vice president at Nacora Holding, the insurance broking subsidiary of Kuehne & Nagel Management, at its headquarters in Switzerland.

He previously worked with transport insurance mutual TT Club as an underwriter for three years from 1994 to 1997.

Atrium Underwriters
James Lee has joined Atrium Underwriters as compliance officer for the agency's two managed syndicates at Lloyd's.

Lee was previously with XL London Market where he was head of underwriting support services and compliance officer of Denham Syndicate Management.

Allied Underwriting Agencies
Chris Milne has joined Allied Underwriting Agencies as marine manager. He joins from Norwich Union where he held senior claims and underwriting positions.

Allied World Assurance Services
Allied World Assurance Services has appointed David Leathem as vice president, property.

Prior to joining the company, Leathem was head of the direct and facultative property division of XL Brockbank Group.

He has more than 20 years' experience gained in the Lloyd's and London Company markets.

Sarah Civil has joined Crawford as managing director, corporate and major incident team, with responsibility for product development, managing internal processes .

She has 24 years' experience, having joined the loss adjusting profession in 1978 and spent 16 years working as an adjuster.

Lloyd's broker Cooper Gay has appointed James Summers as joint managing director of its marine and energy division.

He was previously managing director of the marine and aviation division at Blanch Crawley Warren.

Andrew Brooks has been appointed as account executive in the motor fleet department at RL Davison & Co. He has worked at Marsh and ALS at Lloyd's.

D S Howell Insurance Brokers
D S Howell Insurance Brokers has appointed Steve Decker ACII as operations manager. He joins from Avon Insurance where he worked as development manager in Bristol.

With over 16 years' insurance experience he will have responsibility for FSA compliance, training and IT.

James Chapman & Co has appointed partner Sue Drinkwater to head up its new health and safety unit.

Six associates have been promoted to partner at Beachcroft Wansbroughs.

Claire Jackson joins the commercial litigation practice. Simon Barry joins the commercial property team. Nick White is in the strategic litigation unit. Ruth Winterbottom and Sally Roff specialise in personal injury work and Alex Lock is in the employment department.

In addition, 16 solicitors have been promoted to associate.

Manchester solicitor Elliotts has appointed Neal Samarji as head of litigation.

Samarji has significant experience in a wide range of insurance matters and will oversee the litigation department of 30 staff members with niche expertise in personal injury, professional liability and employers' liability.

Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has appointed four new partners to its insurance practice.

They are: Kenneth Underhill in the reinsurance and insurance group; Samantha Lees in the construction and physical risks group and Katharine Rees and Stephen Reilly in the professional liability group.

The insurance and reinsurance group of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw has promoted Will Glassey and Ingrid Hobbs to partner .

Will Glassey joined the firm in 2000 from Herbert Smith. He specialises in professional indemnity claims.

He is also involved in reinsurance matters for the London and international markets.

Ingrid Hobbs joined the firm in 1997 from CMS Cameron McKenna. She specialises in product liability claims.

Thatcham has appointed two new managers, Eugene Incerti and Jason Moseley to carry forward its research and crash parts accreditation programme.
