Ecclesiastical Insurance Group has appointed Matthew Boseley as its marketing internet coordinator.

Chubb Europe
Chubb Europe has launched in Belfast, which is its ninth operation in the UK and Ireland. It has appointed Greg Wilde, formerly of Aon, as its manager for Northern Ireland.

Peoples Choice
Peoples Choice has appointed Ruth Moretti as its claims controller. Moretti, will be based at its Manchester office. She is formerly of General Accident and AGF Help.

Healthsure
Healthsure has appointed Bob Anderson as its corporate accounts manager for the northern region.
He will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the healthcare cash plan provider's corporate product to its larger customers.

Special Risk Services
Special Risk Services Underwriting Agency has appointed legal professionals Tatiana Desjobert and Mary O'Neill to support its underwriting operation. Desjobert has joined as a director and legal counsel with reponsibility for developing business in the French and Spanish markets. O'Neill, a UK and Irish qualified solicitor, will support the development of business in the two countries.

Goodhealth
Private medical insurance provider Goodhealth has expanded its office in Dubai, appointing David Harris as senior account executive.

Cigna Healthcare
Cigna Healthcare has appointed Dr Keith Marshall as its new chief dental adviser. He will advise on clinical standards and on the development of products and initiatives.

Esure
Esure, the internet insurance company backed by Halifax, has appointed Andy Brown as head of corporate analysis and Mike Pickard as underwriting head.

Lawclub Legal Protection
Lawclub Legal Protection has appointed two new members to its business development team.
Gail Miller joined Lawclub from CGNU, where she was senior commercial underwriter, and Peter Marshall joined from Swintons, where he spent six years as branch manager.

Specialist protection provider Permanent Insurance has expanded its marketing team with the appointment of Lorraine Buse as a new marketing and communications manager.

Agency Underwriting
Colchester-based underwriters Agency Underwriting has appointed four new staff members.
Darren Gibbs, formerly of Eastgate Assistance, will head up broker and company accounting, while his Eastgate collegue Stephen Akam will become property and personal lines underwriter.
Richard Matthews, of Royal London Insurance, and Andrew Jaggs, of Norwich union, have both joined as assistant underwriters.

Donns Solicitors has promoted Gill Edwards and Amanda Anson to associate positions in preparation for a major recruitment drive. Edwards, who is a registered general nurse, and Anson, a solicitor, will work in the clinical negligence and personal injury departments.

Hammond Suddards Edge has expanded its commercial insurance unit with the appointment of Ian Welland to oversee a five-strong Birmingham team. Welland has relocated from the Hammond base within Lloyd's. He is a specialist in professional indemnity and employer, public and product liability.

Crutes has promoted Andrea Ward and Rod Searl to partners as the company seeks to consolidate its position as one of the north's top five legal firms.

Property & Casualty Services has split its 12 UK branches into five regions and promoted five regional managers, who will report directly to the board.Mike Chandler will run the Bristol and Reading branches, Joe Forshaw the Chelmsford, London and Brighton branches, Andy Hayden the Aberdeen, Glasgow and Newcastle branches, Chris Lewis the Birmingham and Manchester branches and Graham Ward the Leicester and Leeds branches.

Resolve UK has appointed Stephen Beebe as assistant consultant at its city office.

Risk, insurance and financial services group Bland Bankart plc has appointed Bev Cook as its group marketing manager. Her appointment coincided with the introduction of a major marketing and new business push by the group.

Singer & Friedlander Insurance Finance has expanded its management team with the appointment of Andy James and Richard Foulds. James is the new operations manager and Foulds has been appointed manager of after-the-event insurance premium and solicitors' disbursement funding.

Berkeley Morgan Group
Financial and insurance services company Berkeley Morgan Group has appointed Graham Skeats as its information technology and telecommunications director. Skeats is a chartered engineer with 22 years' experience in IT, particularly in its application within Lloyd's and the insurance market.

Millennium Insurance
Millennium Insurance, a mortgage-related product broker, has appointed a team of five regional managers to help the growth of its intermediary division. Chris May, who will oversee the south-west, is pictured (left to right) with national sales manager David Tooth, managing director Ben Fish, Chris Bevan who will head the south-east, John Leaver the north-west, Robert Shaw the Midlands and Ian Quayle the north-east and Scotland.

Devitt Insurance Services
Devitt Insurance Services has introduced a new team to head up its motorcycle insurance call centre in Romford. James Bridge has been appointed business sales manager and, with team leaders Debbie Wright, Emma Skeels, Nick Chavda and Donna Joyce, will run a call centre staff of 40.

The Bollington Group
The Bollington Group has appointed Anne Cranny as senior personal lines account handler.
Cranny will be based in the corporate risks division, developing the group's high net worth account.
