Our London Market reporter, Yvette Essen, will be taking part in a 5km swimathon next month to raise money for cancer.
She has pledged to swim 200 lengths of a 25-metre pool in just over two hours.
Thanks to the insurance industry, last year she raised more than £600 to swim half the distance.
This year she hopes to bring in £1,000.
