Goshawk EGM approves Rosemont sale

The board of Goshawk has said that the proposed sale of the Rosemont business to Ariel Holdings was passed at the company's extraordinary general meeting.

Goshawk said completion of the deal was expected to take place shortly, subject to third party consents being received.
