Goshawk Insurance Holdings has forecast a pre-tax profit of at least £9.1m for its 2002 year of account.
The company also said it will postpone the announcement of its 2002 results, originally due tomorrow, until Wednesday March 19.
Goshawk forecast that, due to a tax credit, its profits after tax will be not less than £14m.
