Goss Group, the independent insurance broking and financial services group, has taken the opportunity to consolidate its brand awareness by bringing all the insurance broking and financial services companies under the Goss & Co banner.
Michael King, chairman of Goss Group said: “The decision for our branch offices to adopt the Goss brand has not been taken lightly as both Pendleton May in Guildford and C&I Insurance Services in Newton Abbot are well established businesses in their own right.
However, with the additional cost being incurred as a result of FSA regulation and the need to maximise purchasing power with suppliers on behalf of our clients, the time has come to rationalise the business under one brand.”
Goss & Co, established in 1921, has offices in Reading, Guildford and Newton Abbot.
Goss Group said it is currently negotiating with three companies keen to join them.
