Research by MORI found 68% of the insurance and motoring assistance operation¹s customers rated as excellent the performance of the mechanic sent to help them.

The mechanic's ability emerged as customers' top consideration.

Getting help quickly was the customers' second consideration.

The phone poll of 1,001 breakdown customers found 93% were attended to within an hour by Green Flag.

The poll covered equal numbers of customers of Green Flag, AA and RAC.
