Gresham Insurance Brokers has bought the on-going business of CUS, formerly Crowe Underwriting Services. Gresham said this was the first stage of a regional expansion plan.
CUS, a Bradford-based underwriting agency, currently handles around £3m of premium income from predominantly SME commercial risks, according to Gresham, a Lloyd's broker.
All CUS staff will transfer to Gresham and remain based in Bradford.
