Groupama Insurances has appointed Roy Sampson as its finance director for its UK operations.
Sampson will report directly to chairman and chief executive, Pierre Lefèvre.
Lefèvre commenteds: "With the increasing scope of FSA regulation, Sampson takes over at a very challenging time for the UK finance team.
"Sampson's extensive experience will undoubtedly be an extremely valuable asset to the group as we move forward. I am delighted to have him as part of the general management team."
