Groupama Insurances said it is the first insurer to establish connectivity through the imarket industry standard portal with two of the industry's leading broker software houses.
The first connection was achieved with Software Solutions Partners (SSP), followed closely by connection with Misys.
The company said it is the first development of its kind following the recent agreement to integrate imarket with broker software houses.
Product testing begins in early 2005, with an aim to have the first integrated product available by end of March.
