Guy Carpenter is to introduce a Web-based data management platform that will make it easier for its clients to access the exposure and loss information they need.
Guy Carpenter said the platform features instant access to a repository of exposure data; data-mining capabilities, portfolio analysis; management reporting; streamlined report tools with immediate updating; user-friendly mapping tools; satellite imaging; and real-time weather tracking.
The product is initially available only for property catastrophe lines, but Guy Carpenter plans to expand it to other lines as well, including workers compensation.
