The Erinaceous Group, the parent company of Hanover Park Group, has announced that Nigel Turnbull and Lord Razzall have joined the board as non-executive chairman and non-executive director, respectively.
The company specialises in property and specialist liability insurance.
Nigel Turnbull, a former finance director of the Rank Group PLC, was chairman of the Turnbull Committee on Corporate Risk, which provided guidance to listed companies on internal control and risk management.
Lord Razzall, former chief executive of the City law firm, Frere Cholmeley Bishoff, is a Life Peer and Liberal Democratic Party spokesman on trade and industry. He is also head of Argonault Associates, a consultancy specialising in advising growing companies.
